Krystal practises in the area of corporate and securities law. She advises clients on a range of public and private company transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private financings and corporate reorganizations. She also provides ongoing advice to public issuers regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure, stock exchange matters and general securities law. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Krystal articled and practiced securities law in the Vancouver office of a large, international Canadian law firm.
