Andrew graduated from Queen’s University in 2003 with Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies. In 2007, Andrew received an LLB from the University of Windsor and a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy. Andrew was admitted to the Washington State Bar in November of 2007, called to the British Columbia Bar in August 2008, admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 2008 and admitted to the Bar of the District of Columbia in 2010.

Andrew has previously served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Robert H. Cleland of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He has also interned in the in-house counsel department for a large Canadian-based international software company.

Prior to the commencement of his legal studies, Andrew completed the Canadian Investment Management Program through the Canadian Securities Institute and a government lobbying program at the Bryce Harlow Institute for Business and Government Affairs at Georgetown University in Washington DC.
